    • What payment methods are accepted by the property?

      Check-in: 3:00 PM, Checkout: 12:00 PM

      For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

      For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

    How to get here (from Changi Airport)

    BY TAXI

    Board a taxi from a taxi stand at Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 4. It would take approximately 22 minutes to reach our hotel. Please note that all taxis run by the meter and there is an additional surcharge for all trips from the airport.

     

    BY LIMOUSINE

    Limousine services are available at a charge for transfer from the airport to our hotel. Kindly advise your flight number and arrival time to our Front Office staff by phone or email.     BY BUS

    This route will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Board bus service 36 from the bus stop at Terminal 2 (95129) or Terminal 4 (95209).

    Alight 28 stops later at Orchard Boulevard, Orchard Station Exit 13 (09022). Our hotel is approximately 12 minutes' walk from the station.

    Please prepare the exact fare as buses provide no change. Alternatively, buy a stored-value EZ-Link card for multiple rides on public transport from any Changi Recommends store in the airport.

     

    BY TRAIN

    This route will take about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    Changi Airport train station (station code CG2) is accessible by foot from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. If you are at Terminal 1, take the complimentary Skytrain service that connects to Terminal 2 and 3. If you are at Terminal 4, take the complimentary shuttle bus service that connects to Terminal 2.

    Board the train at Changi Airport (CG2) and transfer at Tanah Merah (EW4).

    At Tanah Merah (EW4), board the train towards Joo Koon (EW29) or Tuas Link (EW33) and alight at City Hall (EW13/NS25).

    Switch platform to the North-South line (red) and board the train towards Jurong East (NS1) and alight 3 stops away at Orchard (NS22).

    Use Exit 1 to leave Orchard station. Our hotel is approximately 12 minutes' walk from the station.

    You can buy a single-ride ticket or a stored-value EZ-Link card for multiple rides on public transport at Changi Airport (CG2).
