*The Hotel’s Guest Services team will contact you 1 to 3 days prior to your stay to book your preferred date and time to the Museum of Ice Cream or Snow City. As this is subject to the venue’s availability, you are allowed to utilise the experience outside of your stay period by 30 January 2022. No amendment is allowed after you have chosen the Museum of Ice Cream or Snow City experience.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
