    • What payment methods are accepted by the property?

      For a seamless transaction, cash and cheque will no longer be accepted at all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore.

    • Which room amenities are available at your hotel?

      Room amenities include bath amenities from Kevin Murphy Young Again, mini fridge and Wi-Fi, coffee and tea making facilities, 55-inch Smart TV with interactive features, hairdryer, ironing facilities, in-room safe box.
    • What are the benefits of staying at your hotel?

      Guests can enjoy benefits such as daily à la carte breakfast from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (for bookings with breakfast) and 24-hour lounge access with light refreshments. Guests of Premier Rooms can also enjoy welcome in-room treats, with compliments.
    • What is the check-in and checkout policy of your hotel?

      Check-in: 3:00 PM, Checkout: 12:00 PM

      For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

      For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

    • What are the check-in requirements for guests?

      In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
    • Are laundry services available at your hotel?

      Dry cleaning and laundry service are available, you may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

    • Are there parking lots at the hotel for guests and is it free?

      Our hotels provide free onsite parking for our in-house guests.
    • Are your hotels in a no-smoking zone?

      Smoking is strictly prohibited within and outside the hotel building.

      As the Orchard Road precinct have been designated as a No Smoking Zone, smoking is only allowed in Designated Smoking Areas (DSA). To locate DSA in Orchard Road, please visit this site.
    • Can you assist in setting up a room for celebration?

      Our team will be glad to assist you with a simple room decoration for special events at a minimal charge.

    • Can I store my luggage at the hotel before the official check-in time?

      Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.
    • Can you arrange for a personal pick up from/to the airport?

      Limousine services are available at a charge for transfer from the Airport to our hotel. Kindly advise your flight number and arrival time with our front office staff by phone or email.
